We accept most major insurances, including:

  • Cigna/Evernorth

  • United Healthcare/Optim

  • Aetna

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield. This includes Anthem, Primera, and various local BCBS programs

  • We do not presently accept Medicaid, however, you may call TLC Counseling Center who accepts (704)269-8263

  • Three Strand Wellness will accept and file your insurance for your treatment after  your evaluation by Dr. Ifill-Taylor, clinically clears  you for TMS or Spravato  and  your treatment begins.  Note that although your Consultation is free, your evaluation visit is an up front payment and a superbill will be prepared for you for your  reimbursement by your insurance company. Your evaluation is with Dr. Ifill-Taylor via TSW Integrative Psychiatry.

  • ***TSW Integrative Psychiatry does not file your insurance but provides you with a superbill for your reimbursement.
